i love when i remember to screenshoot things.

so here i am doing my best to make the afternoon go faster (read: perusing the vast interwebs, shamelessly) and i stumble upon this interesting tidbit on cnn. observe:

please note that the jon + kate plus 8 news is only slightly less important than the iran election fallout and more important than something titled "black in america."

here is where i write the following:

dear america,

while i am as enthralled with the jon + kate drama as anyone else (alleged divorce filings!), i'm pretty sure that democracy and rioting and nuclear bombs and things in countries that hate us should come much, much higher on the list of things we worry about/read on cnn.com. this could be why the world hates us.

just a thought.
